Welcome to the Fort McMurray Competitive Ski Team!

•OUR MISSION... To offer a developmental program that encourages racers of all levels to strive for their goals and personal best in alpine skiing while fostering a lifelong love for the sport.

The Fort McMurray Competitive Ski Society has been teaching and coaching young skiers (age 5-18) to ski race since 1985.

Please note, skiers joining the program must know how to ski in control, stop on command and ride the chairlift with assistance. Vista Ridge offers group Learn to Ski lessons (http://www.vistaridge.ab.ca/) to teach children these ski fundamentals.

Our team offers 3 programs:

	Alpine Learn to Race (Age 11 - 19)
	Regional Racing (Age 11 - 19)
	Nancy Greene (Age 6 - 10)
